On Monday we checked in at our Disney resort, The Port Orleans. It was really nice; a river ran through it with bridges and river cruise boats. There was a dock where you could rent boats, horse carriages, pools, a couple of restaurants and a gift shop. Being an older resort, the rooms were old but updated nicely. 
At check-in we got a $500 gift card to spend at the park...nice! Then it was off to Epcot...
The weather today was...WARM!!!
The best thing today was...the food! We did the Disney dining plan...totally fun and worth it! Our plan included a sit-down meal, a counter-service meal (fast food style), and a snack for each day of our trip. Epcot was an awesome place for dining; there are endless restaurants. We ate at a Norwegian restaurant called Akershus which was really good and Tutto Italia (Italian) which was even better.
The worst thing today was...when Crush didn't call on the little 2-year-old in the front row who desperately wanted to ask him a question. This 2-year-old was Kate; she quite heart broken that she didn't get to talk with a turtle.
The funniest thing today was...when Kate asked Cinderella, "Where's the Mermaid?" (AKA Ariel). Ariel happened to be the token princess Kate cared to see this trip.
....finally!!!
Today we tried...taking a picture in front of every country featured in the World Showcase
and the result was...a success! (although Kate fell asleep half way through).

Dave had sent me flowers for our anniversary! I was definitely wooed!
