Last night at midnight, Mike returned home from serving two years in the Bangkok Thailand Mission. While his flight’s arrival time wasn’t ideal, it was surprising how many of us actually made it up to the airport at that hour.
Kate was sleeping in her stroller, but we got her out to hug him and she just fell asleep on his shoulder, we’re not sure how much of that she actually remembers.
Today the whole family got together to celebrate Mike’s return with lunch at Mimi’s.

I can't believe little Mikey is so old. Midnight at the airport with a toddler I'm sure was fun!!
ReplyDeleteI must be getting old, because Elder Nelson looked seriously young. Like not old enough to even go on a mission. Wow, I'm ancient.
ReplyDeleteMikey looks great! Funny moment: Subby just looked at the screen and said, "Hey, there's my friend, Grandma Sherrie." I don't know where she learned your mom's name.
